武汉市某健康体检人群血尿酸水平与代谢综合征及其组分的关联性研究

摘要:

目的 分析血尿酸水平与代谢综合征及其相关组分的关联性。方法 采用方便样本收集 2016年全年于武汉市某体检中心接受健康体检的人群作为研究对象,通过登记信息、体格检查和血生 化检测获得研究资料。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行数据处理和统计分析。结果 共纳入14 367例(男性 9421例,占65.6%),平均年龄为47.9±12.9岁。代谢综合征(MS)检出率为33.9%,男性高于女性(P <0.001)。MS组尿酸水平显著高于非MS组(357.8±91.3 vs. 310.9±80.7 μmol/L),校正年龄、性别、 肌酐、总胆红素和尿素氮水平进行多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,高尿酸组发生MS的风险是尿酸正常 组的3.19倍(OR=3.19,95%CI:2.89~3.52,P<0.001)。按性别进行亚组分析,除男性空腹血糖外,MS 各组分异常组的尿酸水平均显著高于正常组,男性和女性差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。随着MS 组分异常数目的增加,尿酸水平呈显著上升趋势,趋势性卡方检验(χ2趋势男性=599.7;χ2趋势女性 =738.3;P<0.001)。结论 血尿酸水平与代谢综合征呈正相关。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the correlation between blood uric acid level and metabolic syndrome and its related components. Methods The convenience sample was used to collect the people who underwent a health examination at a medical examination center in Wuhan throughout 2016 as the research object. The research data were obtained through registration information, physical examination and blood biochemical testing. SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data processing and statistical analysis. Results A total of 14,367 cases were included (9421 cases of males, accounting for 65.6%), with an average age of 47.9 ± 12.9 years. The detection rate of metabolic syndrome (MS) was 33.9%, which was higher in men than in women (P<0.001). The uric acid level in the MS group was significantly higher than that in the non-MS group (357.8±91.3 vs. 310.9±80.7 μmol/L). Multivariate logistic regression analysis results adjusted for age, gender, creatinine, total bilirubin, and urea nitrogen showed that high uric acid The risk of MS in the group was 3.19 times that of the normal uric acid group (OR=3.19, 95%CI: 2.89~3.52, P <0.001). According to the subgroup analysis by gender, except for male fasting blood glucose, the uric acid level of the abnormal group of MS was significantly higher than that of the normal group, and the difference between male and female was statistically significant (P<0.001). With the increase of the number of abnormal MS components, the uric acid level showed a significant upward trend, and the trend chi-square test (male,χ2=599.7; female,χ2=738.3; P <0.001). Conclusion Serum uric acid level is positively correlated with metabolic syndrome.
