基于CiteSpace对迷走神经与房颤关系研究的可视化分析

摘要:

目的 探究迷走神经与房颤关系相关研究领域的研究热点和研究趋势。方法 以Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库为数据来源进行检索,通过CiteSpace V进行作者、机构、国家、期刊、 共被引文献、关键词分析,并绘制相关可视化图谱。结果 共检索到374篇文献,年度发文量总体呈上升 趋势,发表文章较多的作者是JIANG H和SCHERLAG BJ所在的团队,最高产的国家是美国,机构是武汉 大学,刊文量最高的期刊是HEART RHYTHM,主要的研究热点是房颤的射频消融、迷走神经、机制、 心衰、房室结、心率及神经系统,研究的前沿是星状神经节及迷走神经耳支及电针刺激治疗房颤的研 究。结论 应用可视化分析软件对迷走神经与房颤关系的相关文献进行文献计量分析,展示了该领域的 研究现状及发展进程,揭示研究的前沿领域,为进一步深入研究提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective To study the research hotspots and trends in the study field related to the correlation between vagus nerve and atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods Web of Science (WOS) core collection database was taken as data sources in retrieving, and authors, institutions, countries, journals, co-cited documents and keywords were analyzed by using CiteSpace V, and relevant visual maps were drawn. Results A total of 374 documents were retrieved, and annual number of published papers showed an ascending trend. The authors who published more papers were teams of Jiang H and Scherlag BJ. The country with the highest publications was the United States, and the institution was Wuhan University. The Journal with the highest amount of published papers was Heart Rhythm and the major research hotspots included radiofrequency ablation of AF, vagus nerve, mechanism, heart failure, atrioventricular node, heart rate and nervous system. The research fronts included stellate ganglia, auricular branch of vagus nerve and AF treatment with electro-acupuncture stimulation. Conclusion The application of visual analysis software in the bibliometric analysis on the literature related to the relationship between vagus nerve and AF shows the research situation and development process, reveals frontier areas, and provides reference for further researches.
